Reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and finally take the aligned action you've been trying to force for years.
Have you ever noticed this pattern?
You know what would move your life forward…
But somehow you still don't do it.
You start inspired.
A new habit.
A new idea.
A project that feels deeply aligned.
And for a while it works.
Then the momentum fades.
Self-doubt creeps in.
Procrastination returns.
And you’re left wondering:
“Why do I keep getting in my own way?”
If that sounds familiar, you're not broken—and you're definitely not alone.
Most women are trying to change their lives from the neck up.
More thinking.
More planning.
More discipline.
But real transformation doesn’t happen in the mind alone.
It happens in the body.

Your nervous system holds patterns that quietly shape your behaviour.
Even when your mind wants growth, your body may still be wired for:
• self-protection
• playing small
• avoiding visibility
• staying in the familiar
So you get stuck in the knowing–doing gap.
Embodiment work gently rewires this.
When your nervous system feels safe, your body naturally shifts from survival mode into a state of clarity, creativity, and courageous action.
Suddenly:
• Speaking your truth feels natural
• Taking action feels lighter
• Your energy flows toward what matters
Not because you're forcing yourself…
But because your whole system is aligned.
If you're tired of knowing what you want but not living it, this session is a powerful first step.

I'm not someone who has always felt confident in my body or certain of my path.
In fact, my journey into embodiment began through one of the most challenging experiences of my life.
In 2001, after the birth of my third daughter via emergency C-section, I contracted a rare flesh-eating infection. I lost two-thirds of the flesh on my torso and had a near-death experience during my recovery.
Before this happened, I had already struggled with self-criticism and discomfort in my body. After the illness, that struggle deepened into grief, fear, and a sense of disconnection from myself.
Healing required far more than physical recovery.
It led me on a 24-year journey exploring emotional healing, nervous system regulation, spiritual awareness, and embodiment practices that help people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies.
Through this work I discovered something profound:
Real change doesn’t come from trying harder...

It comes from learning how to create safety in the body so your natural wisdom and power can emerge.
Today I guide women through embodiment practices that help them calm their nervous system, reconnect with their inner guidance, and take authentic action toward the life they feel called to live.
I’m the founder of Femmocity™ and creator of The Observer Method™, a practice designed to bridge the gap between the mind and body so lasting transformation becomes possible.
My work is also influenced by teachings such as A Course in Miracles, emotional processing practices, and my training with Susie Heath, Founder of the Embodiment Coaching Academy.
But more than anything, it is shaped by my own lived experience of learning how to return to wholeness after profound physical and emotional trauma.
And I would be honoured to support you on your journey too.
